Haii I’m Mano !! I’m an 17 yr old artist who does more semi realistic/cartoony art, I like doing more textured work however sometimes I do more smooth stuff for simplicity. I’ve been drawing my whole life and I use procreate to draw and make the brushes I use in my work (see my gumroad profile).

Terms of Service

Keep in mind my art style may change and vary from what is shown, please provide clear examples and references of what you want unless you want to give me creative direction.

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the artist:

• Full rights to the commissioned artwork.
• To post my work in any form.
• Post commissions on social media.
• Refuse and cancel commission.

You, as the client:

• May use commission for personal use.
• May post with credit.
• May not commercially use including giving the right to use or sell it (additional $50-100 fee).
• May not claim my work as yours.
• May make small edits eg. crop, resize however no artistic edits including requesting someone to make those edits to the artwork.
• May not use my art for Al or NFT purposes.
• May not use my art in competitions.
• Remain the rights to the characters.

Liability

While I do my best and put effort into meeting the clients expectations, I can't guarantee that my final work will meet every expectation; Therefore I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injury, display or interpretation of my work.

By commissioning me, you agree to indemnify me and not hold me accountable for any claims, demands or actions in connection to my work.

Payment process/Refund policy

Payments are to receive via Discord Nitro or USD via Giftcards, Zelle, Remitly, Google Pay or here. If you want to tip then add tip in the note. All payments are paid upfront or 50/50 after sketch, split payment methods are available but please state beforehand.

• Commissions will be cancelled if not paid in 48hrs.
• If you violate my Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund and will be blacklisted.
• If unable to finish within the time agreed upon, due to personal circumstances or I simply cannot fulfil it, I will fully refund you. Otherwise no refunds.

Working Process/ Turnaround Time

> The first sketch will usually be given within 2-4 hrs after payment, the final piece will take at least 1-4 days or AT MOST 2 weeks.

> Updates will be sent regularly. You'll receive a PSD file and PNG image with my watermark, you may not edit or remove my watermark. If you want edits made to the finished piece, I may take a fee depending on how big the changes are however any errors on my part won't be

Lastly, harassment nor disrespect won't be tolerated. Any violation of my Terms of Services will result in being blacklisted and cancellation of order without any right to receiving a refund.
